Why Did I Create This Free DVD?
I created this DVD for a few reasons. The first reason is because I have been in your same shoes, I struggled for years working 50, 60 , even 70 hours a week on my real estate investing business. While the money was good it was hard on me and my family. If I didn’t find a better way of investing soon I was going to give up.

Why You Absolutely Have To Start Outsourcing And Automating Even Before Your Close Your First Deal !
When your first starting out your business having income is crucial and its tough to start a new business and wear all the hats. Its hard to focus on the jobs that really make you money, this kills many new investors businesses.
If your able to start outsourcing small tasks from the start you will make more money quicker nd your income will be much more consistent.
Here is an example. Lets say you start your marketing and you get a few leads coming in one or two of those turn into a deal so you focus all your time and energy trying to get those deals closed. What did you forget to do?
Your marketing… So now you have to fill your lead funnel all over again which can take a month or longer and now you don’t have any money coming in.
If you would have just hired a virtual assistant for a few bucks an hour and had them work 4 or 5 hours on your marketing each week you will always have a steady stream of leads and income coming in to your business.

How much will it cost? – Well it depends on how much outsourcing you do. You can find virtual assistants that will do good quality work for 2 or 3 bucks an hour. If you have them work 10 to 15 hours a week that’s only $30 to $45 bucks and you now have 10 to 15 hours extra a week to focus on growing your business and only working on the things that will make you more money!
Can I really find qualified workers for that cheap –Yes definitely there are thousands of trained ready to work virtual assistants that would love to work for you for just a few bucks an hour.
Will it really make that big of a difference in my business ? – So much more than you know. Think about it like this if you had an extra 5 or 10 hours a week what could you do with that time? You could make a ¼ more income or more if you only focus on tasks that make you money.

Lets say during those 10 hours you just do normal work and dont just focus on money making tasks, having those extra 10 hours a week should make you an extra $25,000 per year if you make 100k. That’s not a bad trade off $1500 for $25,000 and the best part is that’s only if you don’t work on growing your business.
